The Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing to consider the application of Dunes 28, LLC,having an address at 7 Robin Lane, Plainview, NY 11803, for subdivision approval in connection with real property located at 30 Sintsink Drive West, within the Village and designated on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as section 4, block 88, lots 1-4.
