Free Flu Shots For Seniors
North Hempstead's 'Project Independence' sponsors flu vaccines for residents 60 and over.
The Town of North Hempstead will make free flu vaccinations available to all residents aged 60 and older.
The program will be offered at four different locations. To assure that enough vaccines are available at each location, participant need to register in advance by calling 311 or 516-869-6311.
