North Hempstead Public Safety Officer David Lean was honored at Town Hall for his actions in which he saved a woman from possible danger.
Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth joined union members from the CSEA to honor Lean at Town Hall on June 10 prior to the town board meeting.
Officer Lean was honored for his actions on the evening of April 12th, when he interceded in a domestic incident at North Hempstead Beach Park and that might have evolved into a dangerous situation.
