Port Resident Chris Senior to Resign as Deputy Supervisor With Town

No replacement named by Supervisor-elect Judi Bosworth.

North Hempstead's deputy supervisor Chris Senior has announced this week he is resigning his job and moving to Massachusetts.

The Port Washington resident who has held his current position for 10 years with the town, said will become acting manager of the Cohasset, a township of about 7,500.

Senior, 48, spent the previous 4 1/2 years with the town in other capacities including councilman's assistant and deputy town attorney.

North Hempstead Supervisor-elect Judi Bosworth, who takes over Jan. 1, has not announced her pick for deputy supervisor.
