What advice do you have for the entrepreneurs wanting to open it?
Jordan and Dara Desner have had a lease for the movie theater at the Soundview Marketplace since February.
They'd first hoped to have the theater opened by Memorial Day, and then by end of August, but because the shopping center , the lease is contingent on Nassau County Supreme Court approval.
