The Town of North Hempstead Town Board will meet Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall in Manhasset.
On the agenda are three issues that directly concern Port Washington, including:
1. A public hearing to consider the adoption of a local law amending Chapter 70 of the Town Code entitled "Zoning." The purpose of this amendment is to modify the regulations in the Industrial-A district to allow certain commercial uses.
2. A public hearing on the application of Dejana Developers, LLC for site plan approval and special use permits for the premises located at West Shore Road in Port Washington, designated on the Nassau County land and tax map as Section 6, Block 53, Lot 1058.

3. A public hearing to consider a zone change from Residence-AAA t Industrial-A for the premises located on West Shore Road, Port Washington, designated on the Nassau County land and tax map as Section 6, Block 53, Lot 1058.
