Community Update

I live about an hour away from Purple and attempted to sell some of my belongings through this shop after it was recommended by a friend. The women I dealt with when dropping off my things were snooty and acted as if I were wasting their time, though there was nobody else in the store. When I was called to pick up my unsold things, the lady on the phone called me three days before the shop was closing for vacation, urging me to pick up my things before then because she didn't want to hold them in the shop. I was also told my things would be listed in their online shop for more exposure, yet I have checked their online stores multiple times over the summer and have not seen them listed. I definitely won't be using this consignment shop again; next time I'll sell to a shop with friendlier faces.
