$130.9M School Budget Goes to Port Washington Voters

A 3.95% property tax increase as district draws $1.4M from reserves; librarian, counselor positions cut.

The Port Washington School Board approved a $130,861,023 budget for the 2011-12 academic year. This budget represents a 2.96 increase over this year's budget. There will be a public hearing on the budget on Tuesday, May 3. The budget will go to the public for a vote May 17.
