Enjoying the Good Life! Meditation, our Good Heart, and the Spiritual Journey

We all have a good heart and we experience it whenever we feel a bit of inner peace, happiness or love. Sadly, we don't often take the time to abide with these pure feelings and instead get caught up in our anxiety, depression or frustration. If we spent more time with our good heart we would discover that we can expand it, increasing our experience of peace, love and joy and that we all have the potential for limitless peace and happiness.

In this course, through talks and guided meditations, Kadam Morten will help us to connect with and expand our good heart of joy, love and compassion in meditation and in our daily life, and point us in the direction of developing
the supreme good heart that leads to enlightenment. Cultivating our good heart empowers us to truly enjoy and improve our relationships, job, even our problems
and challenges, and to daily progress along our spiritual journey. In other words, to enjoy the good and beneficial life we all long for!

Everyone is welcome!
