Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes

North Hempstead Project Independence invites all Town residents 60 and over to attend an education health chat about the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes.  Jennifer Meyer, MS, RD, CDE, Abbott Diabetes Care will present the program at the Port Washington Senior Center.
