Schreiber Ranks High on Top 2000 U.S. Schools List

Newsweek/Daily Beast survey ranks America's best.

Port Washington's Paul D. Schreiber High School rated high among the nation's 2,000 top schools, according to the third annual Newsweek/Daily Beast survey of "America's Best High Schools." 

Published online May 6 by Newsweek and its corporate owner, The Daily Beast, the list ranks schools based on six weighted criteria.

Schrieiber was placed No. 264 in the nation and No. 40 out of 194 high schools in the state. City Honors School at Fosdick-Masten Park in Buffalo was the highest ranked New York school at No. 22 nationally.
