St. Peter's Middle Schoolers Elect Council

Students from St. Peter of Alcantara School recently elected four new officers to lead their student council for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Students in grades 6 through 8 voted for Kieran Dennis as president, Julia Caccavo for vice president, Hannah Contino as secretary and Timmy Bergin as treasurer. Each eighth-grade officer has siblings, who either currently attend or graduated from St. Peter’s, and is eager to make his/her mark at the school.

“I have known these fine students for the past few years and I am proud of their accomplishments, said teacher and student council moderator Elizabeth Cashin. "I look forward to working with them in their respective new positions as terrific role models for their peers and the younger students at our school.”
