The menorah lighting always draws a crowd, and who doesn't enjoy latkes?

Last night's Menorah lighting at the LIRR station was a wonderful event. It was a chance for our community to join our Jewish sisters and brothers in a very moving and meaningful tradition of faith. Rabbi Patel is a truly spiritual man, who is a delight to be with. He made a special point to welcomed all who were there, regardless of religious background. This was another example of Port Washignton at its finest. Thanks to the PWFD for supplying the additional lighting and for the PWPD always present to keep us safe. Thank you.
