Alzheimer's All-Star Basketball Classic

Top high school basketball players from Nassau and Suffolk Counties will compete for a great cause at the Alzheimer’s All Star Basketball Classic.

Spearheaded by former NBA draftee Gordon Thomas, the event will benefit the Long Island Alzheimer’s Foundation (LIAF) and the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA), with the 75% of proceeds allocated to LIAF staying right here on Long Island to support LIAF programs and services for families affected by Alzheimer’s disease.

Tickets to the Alzheimer’s All-Star Basketball Classic cost $10, and are available at the Long Island Alzheimer’s Foundation in Port Washington.  The girls’ game will begin at 4 PM, followed by the boys’ game at 6 PM.
