CHAIR YOGA

This free introductory class will be led by Beth Mohr.   The participants may decide on the most convenient time for future sessions.   Chair yoga is a gentle way of teaching students to experience the many benefits of yoga, such as increasing concentration, body awareness and tone, range of motion, coordination and balance.

Wear loose fitting clothing and don’t eat for at least an hour before the class.  Please RSVP to Joyce Rudnick at 883-8314 or joycerudnick@verizon.net.
