The Long Beach Lions will celebrate their 86th anniversary with a golf outing to benefit the The Mike Francesa Champions of the Heart Fund at St. Francis Hospital, the Guide Dog Foundation and local charities supported by the Lions.
The honored guests of this event are Mike Francesa of WFAN, and Billy Romm, owner of Billy’s Beach Café in Long Beach. It will be held at the North Hempstead Country Club, Port Washington, N. Y.
Registration begins at 9:30 a.m., with a full breakfast/brunch following and a shotgun start at 11:30 a.m. Cocktails and dinner will be served starting at 5:00 pm. There will be many raffles and prizes.
