Hey Momma’s, its time to grab your baby and come to Pilates! This is a class meant for Momma and Baby to be able to bond, while Momma gets a great work out. During this, 55 minutes of Pilates Mat work, you will get out of the house and meet other new moms in the area, but rest assured you should be prepared to work hard and sweat. While this class is ideal for many postnatal Moms it is also flexible enough to meet the needs of a wide range of bodies. So whether you just want to stay fit, are working hard to lose that last 10 pounds, or nurturing your body back from labor, this class is for you. All babies should be at least 8 weeks of age and under 15 months.
