Free Tai Chi class for Nassau County Seniors ages 60+.

Door to Door transportation available in accessible bus for senior residents of Port Washington/Manorhaven/Sands Point, Roslyn, Greenvale and Old Westbury.  Please call in advance to become a Center member (free!) and arrange for transportation:  516.944.9654.  Suggested donation for transportation is $0.50.

Stay for lunch after class!  Suggested donation for lunch is $3.00.

This program is sponsored by EAC, Inc. with funding from the Nassau County Office of the Aging and is supported by the Community Chest of Port Washington and the Town of North Hempstead.
