Finish every week peacefully with yoga in the majestic setting of the Sands Point Preserve. Artist and yoga expert Victoria Selbach teaches a one-hour class Friday mornings at 9:00 am. Expand your breath and vibrantly open your hearts while enjoying simple yoga movements that inspire balance, flexibility, and strength. In winter, the classes are held inside Hempstead House; and in warmer weather, we move to the Great Lawn with expansive views of sky and water. The classes are “pay-what-you-wish,” after entry fee to the preserve of $10.
