For the first time in school history, a Schreiber High School bowling team member rolled a 300, according to the school district website.

Jameson Santelli, a senior, recoded the perfect score in the second game of a recent 644-597, 738-536, 659-594 victory against Manhasset High School.

Athletic Director Stephanie Joannon called the feat "both exciting and historic."

Schreiber Principal Ira Pernick extended congratulations on a job well done.

"We are proud of his accomplishment and wish him continued success in this athletic sport at Schreiber and into the college level,” said Pernick.
