Tip of the Month – October 2011: Prior to starting the construction phase of a home improvement project, it is recommended that the homeowner, contractor and architect have a meeting to review the approved plans and to discuss any specific questions concerning the project. This will help ensure that the project runs smoothly from beginning to end.
