Classes are designed to build strength and flexibility while fostering a sense of calmness and wellbeing. In Ancient Indian Sanskrit, "yoga" means "union" - the combining of mental, physical, and spiritual practices - so join us weekly to help restore and maintain good health.
Bring a mat and water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. $10 per car or free with the 2014 Annual Pass.
