Cinema on Bay is Saturday with 'Rocky II,' Actor Burt Young to Meet Fans

"Cinema on The Bay" begins Saturday at Sunset Park in Port Washington at 8:15 p.m., with the film, "Rocky II."

Actor Burt Young, who stars in the film, will make a special appearance to sign autographs and take photos with fans.

A long-standing tradition, Cinema on The Bay offers a series of movies shown outdoors at night, when the community is encouraged to gather with picnics, blankets and enjoy the resources of  Port Washington.

This summer's schedule includes:

  • "Sixteen Candles" - Saturday, July 12 at 8:30 p.m.
  • "For The Love of The Game" - Saturday, July 26
  • "The Lego Movie - Saturday, Aug. 9 at 8 p.m.
Cinema on The Bay is presented by Residents for A More Beautiful Port Washington and the Town of North Hempstead, and sponsored by local organizations and businesses.
