Is it not obvious that the owner is having her friends (or at least pretending to be her friend) write these reviews? For months, there was one review of this place and after a bad review last night, there are now 3 posted in the past hour or two?
Use some common sense people. The owner is a joke as is the restaurant. Take your money elsewhere.
I feel the urge to write again after seeing a horrible review of one of my favorite restaurants. Since my first review back in August, I have gone back many times. The food and service have never disappointed. In fact, I was just there last weekend to celebrate a friends birthday. We arrived to a packed dining room, but again, the service and food did not disappoint. The waiter recommended a hot antipasto (not on the menu) to share with my party of 3 and it was delicious, as was the entrees and a new dessert (a baked pear in a wine sauce). Roberta, I will be back!!!
Just visited this restaurant last Sunday with my friends for my birthday, had a blast! We started at the bar with some shots and then moved to a nice table in the back. I ordered the steak which was so satisfying!! Didn't really realize what my friends ordered but they finished everything. For desert I ordered a sample of a couple of things for us all to share, after they sang Happy Birthday!! So embarrassed but it was nice. Overall I had a great birthday dinner at a great place. Would definitely come back and recommend.
I had an awful experience at this establishment that has compelled to write this review. Upon arrival, we were rudely asked if we had a reservation - however, the restaurant was 40% full and I had called 25 minutes before to see if the restaurant was full. When we were seated, they put us right next to a table of 4 again in a restaurant that was nearly empty.
We had the house wine which was terrible and the food was only ok. The real issue here is with the staff and owner. The staff seemed to ignore us in part because we used the Groupon deal. The big problem was with the owner who called us something I won't repeat here but essentially called us low class.
I will definitively not go and I cannot recommend anyone to go here based on the owner's actions and disregard for her comments.
As I stated before I am a frequent customer not a friend and I enjoy eating out at a great restaurant, there is no harm informing the public. As far as the others maybe just maybe they visited the restaurant recently??? And speaking of friends you must be one of Ralphs and doing exactly what you are saying the owner is doing. Grow up!!
I love this place!!!! Best Italian restaurant around!!! I follow them everywhere they go. The food is to die for, and they aren't stingy either, we leave very FULL. Great place for a Saturday night outing with friend and family. Would recommend highly!!!!
