The Community Synagogue is a Reform Jewish Congregation which seeks to fulfill its religious and ethical goals by being a center for spiritual fulfillment, lifelong learning, cultural enrichment, community leadership, social responsibility, and by lovingly entrusting our Reform Jewish tradition from generation to generation. They are committed in their support of the State of Israel and of the Jewish people throughout the world.

- Hours: Erev Shabbat Services (Friday evening) services take place September to June at 8 p.m. Called “Second Shabbes,” these services are on the second Shabbat of each month on Erev Shabbat (Friday evening) at 6:30 p.m.

If you feel uncomfortable in wearing a Yamulke, Tallis, etc., no worries...............you don't need either of them! If you don't know how to read Hebrew.....no worries also. If your wife wears the pants in the family, PERFECT!!! The women wear tallises and yamulkes here!!!! If you like a chorus and music being played like at a Church, that is also perfect for you!!!!!!! If you like that a lot of the people here in your temple celebrating Christmas and Easter, you will also be comfortable here. If you like to hear sermons about homosexuality, even if it has nothing to do with the topic, go here! If you want to know why Judaism is dying, this is the Temple which you shall join!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
