This independently owned store, which opened on Main Street more than 50 years ago, and then moved to a location on Port Washington Boulevard, is now in its newest location back on Main Street. The owner, Patti Vunk, is following in her mother’s footsteps. Instead of relying on best-seller lists, Vunk handpicks all of her titles. The friendly and knowledgeable staff is happy to help shoppers make their selections. In addition to books, the store also carries greeting cards, toys, games, music CDs, journals, frames and other merchandise.
