I have been going to Finn's with friends for years. I had not been there in a while, and today went brunch. We were the only ones there. We both had eggs benedict. The eggs were small, very little hollandaise sauce. The potatoes were mushy. Surely not the same place. I read that last year they were under new ownership. Very poor quality to this meal. Also, you used to get a free drink with brunch----now that is just a mimosa. My bloody mary cost $7.00. I also noticed that the hostess was reading a textbook when no one was nearby. She put her book away when the manager came around. I guess doing her homework was more important than paying attention to her paying job. Don't want to come back here anymore.....no one seems to care......

Since Connie O’Reilly opened this restaurant in 1984 in the historic building on Main Street, Finn MacCool's has been a real hometown favorite. The staff is welcoming whether you want to enjoy a full-course traditional Irish meal in the quiet, understated dining room or you’d like to relax at the bar watching sports with a cool drink and a lively crowd. Seniors enjoy half-price entrees on Tuesdays and kids eat free on Sunday night. The early bird menu is also an excellent value at $15.95 for a complete meal from 4pm to 7pm, Monday to Thursday.

We had dinner there with a large party where we went dutch. The service was pathetic at best. They stiffed us on drinks (sodas) and the food was lack luster. I left an appropiate tip. Not being satisified with the tip the waitress chased us down for more money.

This restaurant is horrible! It's just a bar scene but it shouldn't pretend to be a restaurant!
