Guggenheim Elementary School helps students acquire the knowledge, skills and attitude to become healthy, happy and productive adults. The school's staff also strives to help its students become enthusiastic lifelong learners through a safe, nurturing and flexible environment.

Mrs. Barbara Giebel, Principal at Guggenheim Elementary School for the past three years, has been a teacher for 27 years. She was a classroom teacher for 14 years and a reading teacher for 10 years prior to becoming Guggenheim's principal. When asked why she wanted to be a principal, she said, "I felt I had grown as an educator and wanted to share what I have learned."
