Whether you're an artist or an amateur with an urge to nurture your creative spirit, you're sure to find Haven Art a welcome retreat. Jackie and Tom Kello opened Haven Art in September 2001. Its focus since inception is to nurture the creative process of artists on Long Island.
Haven Art is housed in a 5,000 sq. ft. warehouse that is a collection of studios with an open floor plan. They offer small, flexibly scheduled classes and studio time in sculpture, pottery, painting/drawing, photography, beading and needlework for adults and children. The Colby Glass Studio, located within Haven Art, offers classes in glass blowing.
All of the facility's teachers are educated, working artists. The Haven Art Gallery Shop offers a beautiful collection of handmade pottery and glass for sale.

Haven Art is a wonderful atmosphere for people of all ages to create art. One of the teachers, "Marvin" was a favorite student of mine at Weber many moons ago. He is both talented and imaginative, and anyone should consider themselves fortunate to work with him!
