I won't buy my bagels there again ever.
The product is good, but on frequent occasions after I've endured long
weekend lines, I've asked the staff a simple question :"Which bagels
are HOT?" (Growing up in the Brooklyn "HOT" was a common draw on
signage. And you can't ever beat a HOT bagel for taste.)
I had always received a curt reply that "they are all fresh". Fresh is
a given but HOT hot is what makes it wonderful. A curt answer is not
what a customer deserves.
A simple lesson in customer etiquette would go far there.

Magic words: LET THERE BE BAGELS. What else can I say? Great food for health conscious people, without worrying about getting fat.
