I hope the people of Port Washington appreciate the Top quality of Police we have. They are caring and responsive. Many years ago Port had their own Special Police Force made up of citizens who helped on many occasions. They should have it again as working with the Police was always an excellent learning experience. The residents of Port should get to know the fire dept and ppolice dept to fully appreciate how great they are.
