When you find a resident paying tax for Port Washington, carrying a telephone for Manhasset and a Roslyn mailing address, then simply conclude that s/he is a resident of Village of Flower Hill. It is one village, parts of which are in Port Washington, Manhasset and Roslyn. It is densely planted with three of the original farmhouses still in existence. 

The village government comprises of a mayor, six trustees and a village justice. The positions of mayor and trustees are unpaid. Charles W. Weiss is the mayor of Village of Flower Hill.
