HEARTS, organic cook-off, LIGALY's safe schools initiative, etc.) Yesterday, I was fortunate to attend an event with Democratic Leader Pelosi. When someone commented that they admired Pelosi's vintage sunglasses, she noted that she purchased at Wit & Whim. Congratulations.

This is one of the screwy parts of New York State law: a gas station cannot charge more for a credit…Read More card transaction but can give a discount if the consumer is paying with cash. Net result higher credit card prices. I usually try to visit gas stations like Hess which do not participate in this game and charge one price.

In my world so far the difference has been 10 to 15 cents per gallon.
