Found lost cockateil

Know someone who lost their cockateil?  We found one cold and starving flying around our yard in Sands Point.  The bird is cold and hungry but seems okay.  Please let us know if you know someone who lost their bird.  We first saw it yesterday but couldn't catch it.  Contact John at Atlantic Outfitters if you know who's bird it is.  767-2215

WOW...I think someone else may need to consider deleting a post.

local resident what I said is exactly how I felt. Bird obviously belonged to someone and being it was spotted and not caught meant immediate action was needed. When you make a post with those criteria in mind then the poster needs to be available to answer all inquiries as soon as possible. Both of my first two calls went un-returned. Fortunately the bird was finally caught. I welcome replies from other pet owners as to how they might feel under the same circumstances.

By the way two days later I finally spoke to John t Atlantic Outfitters who said bird was captured. Had it not be caught it might have been long gone.

Jon I think you need to seek some help. Especially considering you called twice the same afternoon while I was out of my office, berated one of my staff, and then put some crazed manifesto up. Plus I am not sure where you would post to help someone find their lost pet. I am just trying to help...

John: Yes I was angry that my calls were not returned but I did in fact called and leave you a message the day you posted the Blog. Realizing your a business owner I called several times the next day. At no time did I berate an employee of your business. Please understand that you posted that the bird was not captured but was cold and hungry. In this case I felt that it was important that the owner (if ever located) be able to get there as son as possible. It was a very nice thing you did by posting that you spotted a pet bird. Sorry for any miss-understanding
