Winter Family Yoga at Sands Point Preserve - 2/9

In Ancient Indian Sanskrit, “Yoga” means “union” – the combining of mental, physical, and spiritual practices. After days of shoveling heavy snow and fearing power outages, adults and children of all ages are invited to take a break from the storms and exercise our minds, bodies, and souls in healthful Yoga.
