Race to Nowhere

A concerned mother turned filmmaker aims her camera at the high-stakes, high-pressure culture of hollow achievement and pressure to perform that has invaded America's schools. Join students, parents, teachers and administrators from multiple Long Island communities and see the film on Wednesday, January 12 at 7:00pm. After the film, stay for a discussion about next steps.

Space is limited. Reservations necessary. Tickets are on a first-come, first-serve basis. For more information and to register, contact 516-484-1545, ext. 787.

In partnership with East Williston Union Free School District, Manhasset School Community Association (SCA), Roslyn School District, Solomon Schechter High School of Long Island, Jericho Union Free School District, East Williston/Roslyn Community Coalition for Drug-Free Youth and Partners In Caring (PIC).
