FREE Boxing Seminar With A Former World Champion!

Intensity Fighting Arts is hosting a FREE boxing seminar with former World Champion and four time Golden Gloves Winner, Jill Emery.
Jill is currently one of the most decorated woman fighters in the world, with over 80 fights under her belt. She is also a highly seasoned trainer with years of experience. This is a "not to be missed" event, for adults of all experience and fitness levels.
Seminar is set for Sunday, January 13th from 1:00 - 3:00pm.
