Helping Paws with the Town of North Hempstead Animal Shelter presents a Low Cost Spay/Neuter clinic on Saturday, Feb. 27, and Sunday, Feb. 28, at the shelter (75 Marino Ave. in Port Washington). The Shelter Connection, the volunteer organization at the shelter, to foster spay/neutering will credit $25 per animal spay/neutered at the shelter during this event up to $1000.
