Utility Pole Update 2 : QTDH is very, very good at what they do. Make sure your local government was listed as an involved party, not an interested party, on the SEQRA. Then QTDH will have to tie the SEQRA to local laws regarding vista, scenic beauty, etc.
You have four months to appeal the SEQRA and guess what? They probably deliberately delayed installation by two months to help buy time.
Repeat: you have four months to appeal the SEQRA and it is probably 2 to 3 months old already.

Look for negative declarations, who was lead agent, interested vs. involved parties... interested parties don't have to be consulted, i.e. your town's scenic vista protections will be violated...
