Two Flushing Women Arrested in Great Neck Thursday

Each offered unauthorized massage to undercover cops, police say.

Nassau County police report the arrest of two Queens women for unauthorized practice of a crime Thursday in Great Neck.  

According to detectives, Qiaohong Zhao, 53, and Lihua Chang, 59, both Flushing, performed unlicensed massages on undercover detectives for an agreed upon amount of money. Both defendants were arrested while in an office located at 77 Watermill Lane at 3:20 p.m.

Both women are charged with unauthorized practice of a Ccrime and will be arraigned on Friday at First District Court in Hempstead.
