Port Washington beat previously undefeated Massapequa for the Nassau Class ‘A’ boys volleyball championship at SUNY Old Westbury College on Wednesday.
The Vikings (13-4) won the final three sets of the match to defeat the five-time defending county champion Chiefs, (24-26), (25-18), (25-21) and (25-19).
Earlier in the tournament, No. 3 seed Port Washington defeated East Meadow in the first round and No. 2 seed Plainview JFK in the semifinals.
