Drill teams comprised of men and women of the volunteer fire service from Nassau competed in two tournaments held at the Denton Ave Training Facility at Michael J. Tulley Park in New Hyde Park on Friday with the Old Fashion Drill, and on Saturday, with the Motorized Drill. A few teams from Suffolk also took part in some events.  

The event culminated in a parade and block party in Port Washington on Saturday.
