O PEETS, Neighbor

Shame on them....I went there today for a color change because I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to get a manicure and pedicure. Well to my surprise it cost me $17!! A manicure and pedicure cost less ($15). How did the woman not disclose this to me from the beginning? How do you charge more money for less work? I will only go to OGI's from now on.
