We had a wonderful time tasting all the varieties of soups. Congrats to the winners...thank you to all the restaurants who participated in this fun event. When are we doing this again?

I'm not surprised that the Amsterdam at Harborside's Potato Leek w/Chicken Sausage took top people's choice honors. My only regret is that I will have to wait more than a decade until I can move there and enjoy it once more. I also thought the mulligatawny from Sullivan's Quay was outstanding. But the Logmahn from Innuendo as the judges choice winner? Really? It was the only soup there that I actually spat out. But then again, perhaps my palate is unrefined. Oh, well.

Was that from Capriccio? If so, it was delicious.

By far, my favorite was from Main Street Bakery

Innuendo is the best restaurant in port Washington so far. They have great food, huge bar and live dj. Every time I go there, I enjoy the food and a nice atmosphere.

Adina, I am with you...I thought the White Bean soup from Main Street Bakery was the best. And, I also thought Sullivan's mulligatawny was delicious!
