What do musicians who have toured the world think about performing at Landmark on Main Street in Port Washington?
Judging by Nick Lowe's remarks, they like it.
"How lucky you are to have a venue like this in your town," the singer-songwriter told the Landmark audience when he performed on Oct. 14.
Referring to big theaters such as Royal Albert Hall, he noted "there's nothing like this" in London, adding how "comfortable" Landmark is.
Considering the packed houses settling in for attractions like Lowe and The Doo Wop Project have brought, seems like local audiences agree.
