 drew crowds on Saturday, Feb. 6. Folks from Port Washington and even as far away as Queens stopped to sample the best soups our local eateries had to offer. 

Sponsored by the , the event included a judge's competition. placed first with its New England clam chowder, second with its cream of portobello and porcini, and placed third with its tomato bisque with mozzarella.
