Downed Power Line, Harbor Road Temporarily Closed
Police and fire personnel take safety precautions.
A downed power line on Harbor Road has prompted the police and fire departments to close down the road for safety. Sparks and flames can be seen shooting up from where the wire is in contact with the ground.
Police and fire officials are keeping people at a safe distance from the site. No word yet on what might have caused the wire to come down, though police at the scene speculated that high wind gusts might be the cause.
