Port Washington Education Foundation helps fund innovative programs in the public schools.

Port Washington Education Foundation grant applications for the 2013-2014 school year are now available online.

The PWEF, a nonprofit organization, encourages programs that bring exciting new learning experiences to Port Washington Public School students. The organization continues to look for ideas with a creative emphasis in literacy, math, and science as well as the integration of technology in all subjects. According to PWEF, "these are not the only subjects we'll consider as we look for innovative programming, collaborative efforts and the biggest impact for our donors' dollars for projects in all areas and at all grade levels."

Interested in applying? The due date for completed grant applications is Thursday, April 4.
