Local Brothers Meet The Mets

The Nadolne brothers join the New York Mets in coat drive.

In the midst of the current pre-winter chill, Kevin Nadolne, a third grade student at , and his brother Jonathan, a fourth grader, donated coats to the the New York Mets Holiday "Warm Up" Coat Drive. Thanks to the drive, more than 2,000 coats were delivered to a New York Cares warehouse on Thursday.

The Nadolne family donated a total of seven coats. The brothers got to meet the Mets at Citi Field, but Kevin (the boy in royal blue jacket) was asked to pose in a picture with players Jason Bay, Terry Collins, Ike Davis and David Wright.

Both boys gave the experience the thumbs-up.
